None, and it's June 8th-14th. The Invasion of Normandy is on June 13th. You don't have the be the best player to be in the 4th ID, you however do need a strong drive because it's a gruelling battle on Saturday. Any person you talk to on this forum will tell you thier really pumped for this. The 709th, the German troops defending the beach vowed to not allow us to get the beach for a 3rd consecutive year in a row.

I've been in both Allied American Infantry units at D-Day. I have to say this is the best group of paintballers I've had the privilage to play with. The Espirit d'Corps is very strong and we are a good 'team'. This team is around few hundred strong. Yes, we are one big team, and the Allied Army is the biggest team in paintball. Some of us play with each other on other large game, but D-Day is definitly the big one.
D-day happens only once a year, with it also being the largest paintball event in the world, it can also be said alot is on the line. I like to call it a year long game, because right after D-Day is over the same group who came together before regroups to plan for next year.
Despite many of us being from all over, for many of us we are good friends, that pretty much met each other at D-Day. Since it's the world's largest paintball event, it attracts paintballers from all the continatal US, and Europe. My first D-Day a fellow from New Zealand camped next to us.
